Dentistry done differently

It was easy to book my appointment and the staff on reception were very friendly. It was an easy process and the check up was good and made me feel reassured that my teeth are healthy.

2 years ago on my first visit I was a very nervous patient but Christina has always put me at ease & explained treatment making me feel safe

Dr Patel makes Sherwood Dental so great! He is friendly, puts you at ease and explains everything so well.

My old filling came out, I was seen the next day calling. The dentist advised the filling needed to be redone and that he needed time to clean the tooth properly so another appointment was arranged for thr next day and I had my filling.Excellent service with lots of reassurance.Well done.

Polite and pleasant clinician who gave a comprehensive explanation of the situation. Performed the extraction, as far as I was aware without any discomfort to me.

My dentist is so very reassuring, caring and professional. I am always offered options and realistic expectations based on expert observations. I really feel like the team at Sherwood Dental Care value their patients.

I called first thing Monday morning and was booked in as a private emergency appointment yesterday afternoon. As a highly nervous paitent in alot of pain, I didn't know what to expect but came out so happy. I can't thank Mayur enough for how he looked after me. Fantastic Dental practice and those who are registered with them on the NHS are very lucky.

The staff - I feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. I feel spoken to add an equal bit an Aldi reassured by the clinicians' knowledge.

I'm not the best with dentists, but they've always been good for me. The receptionists are busy but polite. The dentist i have is always cheerful and calming. It's probably not the easiest business to get positive reviews, but they do try hard at this dentist, and explain what's happening and what's next very well. There's only ever one minor niggle and it's parking, but there's a carpark on the side road which is often full and restricted timed on street parking.im not marking them down for this, just plan ahead

Friendly and efficient staff at the surgery. I’ve been with my dentist for a number of years. Snehali is knowledgable, thorough, she explains things well and she’s always helpful. She’s always friendly and chatty. I don’t dread my dentist appointments even when I need treatment. The nurses are all lovely too. I also like the online and text reminders and the option to complete paperwork online ahead of the appointment as well. A well run and efficient service thanks to all the staff there.

Snehali Patel is FAB she is very approachable, caring, instils confidence and I totally trust her judgments

Friendly welcome, didn’t wait long, thorough hygienist who explained everything clearly, friendly dentist who did a thorough exam. Good experience from start to finish.
